Eligibility Requirements:

  • Nominating business must be a Liberty Bank business customer for at least 30 calendar days prior to and during the entire Program Submission Period.
  • One entry per business.
  • $1000 may be subject to 1099 reporting and possible tax withholding and reporting as determined by Liberty Bank in its sole discretion.
  • By completing the above form, you agree that neither Liberty Bank nor its directors, officers employees or other representatives shall be liable for any act or decision not to act on any submission taken in good faith with respect to this Promotion and that neither Liberty Bank nor its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall be held liable for any act or omission with respect to this Promotion other than its or their reckless or willful misconduct.
  • To be selected, your nominee must also agree that neither Liberty Bank nor its directors, officers employees or other representatives shall be liable for any act or decision not to act on any submission taken in good faith with respect to this Promotion and that neither Liberty Bank nor its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall be held liable for any act or omission with respect to this Promotion other than its or their reckless or willful misconduct.
  • If nominee does not agree to the foregoing, another winner will be selected.

Other Terms & Conditions:

Entries must be submitted by February 19, 2021. Liberty Bank employees are not eligible. You and your nominee will be notified by Liberty Bank at the email addresses you have provided Liberty Bank.  By entering, you represent to Liberty Bank that your nominee is at least 18 years of age, a lawful resident of the United States of America, and you agree to these rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Prizes do not include applicable federal, state, or local taxes, or other incidental expenses, all of which are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s).  If our attempts to contact you or your nominee are unsuccessful, or if your nominee does not respond to our email message left within 5 days, the selected nominee will forfeit his or her prize and another entrant will be selected. Winner must appear at a time, date, and location specified by Liberty Bank and present proper proof of identity and age in order to receive their prize. If for any reason a winner fails to appear within 5 days of the date designated by Liberty Bank, their prize will be awarded to another entrant. Prizes are not transferable and only one prize may be awarded to any one winner. Other restrictions and limitations may apply in the sole discretion of Liberty Bank.

Except for awarding of the prizes, Liberty Bank, its agents and affiliates are released from all liabilities arising out of this promotion.  Liberty Bank is not responsible for any entry that is lost or destroyed. Liberty Bank reserves the right to use winners’ names and addresses and likenesses in still or motion picture form and recorded voices without compensation for advertising and promotional purposes.
