As a community bank, we keep the community in mind with everything we do. Not just in the products and services we offer, but also in the way we conduct ourselves outside the bank.

Paid Volunteer Days

Liberty teammates have a strong passion for the community. It’s why we offer four paid volunteer days every year. With more than 12,000 hours volunteered in 2022 alone, this allows our teammates to support organizations and opportunities that are personal to them, not just those that the bank supports.

Our Foundation

A keystone of our community involvement is the Liberty Bank Foundation. The Foundation makes a positive impact in our community by investing in programs that help low- and moderate-income families overcome obstacles and reach their potential. We’ve provided millions of dollars to local nonprofits, helping educate, mentor, house, counsel and empower thousands of children and families. The Liberty Bank Foundation, among other organizations, allows us to support and foster growth in our cities and towns.

We know that strengthening the community goes beyond just offering great banking products. That’s why we spread kindness throughout those around us, and create a ripple that can be felt in the communities we serve.
