Housing Development Fund SmartMove Loan

Eligible homebuyers can receive up to 20% of the purchase price of their home to use toward a down payment. Mortgages include a low monthly payment.

If you’re a military veteran, you may qualify for a VA loan. Benefits include a low down payment on purchases or refinances.

Equity Builder Program

Eligible homebuyers can receive up to $11,000 in down payment and closing cost assistance. It’s available to households with incomes at or below 80% of HUD Area Median Income based on property location. Grants are first come, first served and you must attend a homebuyer education/counseling program.
