How to initiate requests for loan modification programs or collection servicing inquiries
If your recent mortgage modification request wasn’t approved and you would like a second review of your application, please call 1-800-354-8950 Monday – Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm. You will receive a written response, including contact information and an anticipated resolution date, within three business days of your inquiry.
