Official Rules

The language set forth below constitutes the complete, exclusive, and binding statement of the official rules (“Official Rules”) for Liberty Bank’s giveaway. These Official Rules govern all aspects of participation and eligibility in Liberty Bank’s giveaway and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements related to the giveaway. All conditions, requirements, procedures, prize descriptions, and limitations are fully set forth herein. No additional terms, rights, or obligations exist except as expressly stated in these Official Rules.  Entrants and participants acknowledge and agree that by entering the giveaway, they are bound by these Official Rules in their entirety.  

No purchase, account, application or obligation necessary to enter or win. An account or relationship with Liberty Bank will not increase your chances of winning. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. 

SPONSOR: Liberty Bank, 245 Long Hill Road, Middletown, CT 06457, herein after referred to as (“Sponsor”). 

ENTRY PERIOD: The giveaway will begin on July 24, 2024 at 12:00 Noon ending August 6, 2025 at 12:00 Noon. One winner(s) will be randomly selected and contacted directly through email or phone call. 

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the giveaway you must complete the above form. At the end of the promotion, the winners will be contacted to claim their prize. The value of the prize is $100. 

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta) and any social media platform owned or managed by Meta, including Instagram and Facebook (Meta’s Affiliates), or any other social media platform. You hereby release Meta, Meta’s Affiliates, or any other social media platform from any and all liability arising from or related to this promotion. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to these sites. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion.  

By entering the giveaway, you agree to Sponsor’s Social Media Guidelines (Liberty Bank’s Social Media Guidelines). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enter the giveaway. 

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Employees of Sponsor are not eligible to enter. You must respond to claim your prize within five business days of the giveaway's close. If you fail to do so, the prize will no longer be redeemable.

PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: The value of each prize is $100 provided as an E-TICKET. A total of four tickets will be given away. This item is not returnable or redeemable for cash and has no implied warranties. If this item is lost, stolen or damaged, it will not be replaced. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. No substitution, barter, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted. If a winner is unable to accept the prize, Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. 

WINNER NOTIFICATION: At Sponsor’s discretion, prizes will be distributed electronically via E-Mail. 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and images/likeness for advertising and promotion purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. The offer is good as of August 15, 2025 and can be discontinued at any time without further notice. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction or any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or mailed-in entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants’ or any other persons’ computers related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the giveaway. By accepting the prize and/or participation in the associated event, the recipient hereby releases, acquits, and discharges Sponsor from any all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the use, possession, or enjoyment of the prize and/or attendance at the event, including but not limited to any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur.  

Governing Law: These Official Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules shall be governed by and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the laws of the State of Connecticut.  

TAXES AND OTHER RESTRICTIONS: Prize may be subject to reporting requirements. Consult your tax advisor. Payment of all federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
